Minimum wage

At the Washington Monthly, Kevin Drum offers a snippet on the difference between liberals and conservatives when it comes to evaluating empirical evidence on hotbutton issues like the minimum wage.

Drum is absolutely correct. One of these days I'll dissect Pete DuPont's recent op-ed piece in the WSJ on the wonders of supply side economics to further illustrate the point. On second thought, I may assign this article to my classes as a prime example of economic sophistry.
