Obama's got a plan!

So Barack Obama joins Hillary Clinton and John Edwards in presenting a specific plan to increase health insurance coverage. Good for him. But here's a bold idea for Senator Obama, and Senator Clinton as well. You are, as I understand it, elected representatives of the people of Illinois and New York, respectively, to the U.S. Senate. Your job there is to propose legislation, gather support from your colleagues, and make it law. You say you have a good plan for healthcare: great, how about getting the ball rolling in the Senate so whoever's elected president in 2008 will have something to sign? Do your damn jobs!
