If the extent of the big second term shakeup of the Bush administration is replacing Andrew Card with Josh Bolten, that's kind of pathethic. There are four people in the administration who need desperately to be replaced: Rumsfeld, Rove, Cheney, and Bush. Sack one of them and I'll be impressed.
