The Pack

The Packers were the best 1-7 team in the NFL. Now they're the best 2-7 team. And here's my prediction: if they can beat Minnesota next week and Philadelphia the week after that (unlikely, but the way they've been playing lately not at all an unrealistic hope), my Green Bay Packers will win out and take the NFC North division crown once again. Da Bears? You're saying da Bears are going to win the division? Look who they play next: Carolina, Tampa Bay, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Green Bay again. They're 6-3 now; they'll lose 3 of 4 of the games they don't play against Green Bay, and if the Packers are in the hunt by then the division goes to the winner of Green Bay v. Chicago, 1 and 2.

And that's the last I'll write about football.
