Barack Obama made news when he signaled his intention to set up an exploratory committee to examine the question of whether he should throw his hat in the ring for the 2008 Democratic nomination for president. For this, Barack wins the January 2007 Oblique Achievement Award (known to one and all as the "Willie").
And with that, I now signal my intention to begin conceptualizing the path forward for consideration of getting to work on that Wicksell paper I've been meaning to write.
